Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This is an English translation of our Danish terms. The Danish version is the legally binding one — if the two differ, the Danish text applies.

1. The seller

All purchases on noorbayt.com are made with:

Limitless Card ApS
Niels Ebbesens Gade 22
8900 Randers C
Denmark

Danish company reg. no. (CVR): 40223770
Email: noorbayt@growgineer.com
Phone: +45 60 47 35 03

NoorBayt is a trademark and an online shop operated by Limitless Card ApS.

We reply to enquiries within 2 business days.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases on noorbayt.com made by consumers with a delivery address in the countries we sell to. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

If you are buying as a business, the same terms apply, but the right of withdrawal in section 6 does not — it is reserved for consumers.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT, unless stated otherwise at checkout for delivery addresses outside Denmark.

Shipping is added on top and is always shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on orders over DKK 499.

We reserve the right to correct sold-out items, technical errors and obvious pricing errors. If a price is obviously wrong — for example an amount that clearly deviates from the item's normal price — we are not obliged to deliver at that price. We will contact you, and you may choose to cancel the order and have your money back.

4. Orders and when the contract is formed

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. That confirmation is a receipt showing that we have received your order — it is not in itself a binding contract. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item cannot be produced or delivered, or if the order is obviously defective. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

You cannot access your order through an account on the site after placing it. Please keep your order confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store your card details.

Payment is taken when you place your order. This is because your poster goes into production immediately and is printed specifically for you. You accept this advance payment by completing the purchase.

This does not affect your right of withdrawal or your statutory right to complain about defects. If your order is cancelled or refunded, you get the full amount back — see sections 6 and 8.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

Our posters are not printed until you order them (print-on-demand), but they are chosen from a fixed range and are not made to your individual specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore applies in full.

The full rules, the deadlines, who pays return shipping, and the standard withdrawal form are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

Posters are printed and shipped by our production partner Gelato, from the printing facility closest to your delivery address.

Expected delivery time to Denmark is 3-8 business days: 1-3 business days for production and 2-5 business days for shipping. Delivery times to other countries are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is formed, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed beyond that, you may give us a reasonable additional deadline — and if we still fail to deliver, you may cancel the purchase and have all amounts paid returned to you.

The risk for the item passes to you when you have received it.

Further detail is set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Statutory right to complain about defects — 2 years

You have a 2-year statutory right to complain about defects (in Danish: reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can complain about faults and defects that were present at delivery, even if they only become apparent later.

This right does not cover faults caused by incorrect use, poor storage, ordinary wear and tear, or damage you have caused yourself. Posters are paper products — they must be kept dry and protected from direct sunlight, which fades any print over time.

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. If you complain within 2 months, it is always considered timely.

If there is a defect, you can as a general rule require the item to be replaced or repaired. If that is not possible, or does not happen within a reasonable time, you can require a proportionate price reduction or cancel the purchase.

Where a complaint is justified, we pay the return shipping. Write to noorbayt@growgineer.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we will send you a return label.

Colour variation

A screen emits light; paper does not. There may therefore be minor differences between the image on your screen and the printed poster. Ordinary, minor colour variation is not a defect. If you are unhappy with the result, you are instead covered by the right of withdrawal in section 6.

9. Artwork created with AI tools

The artwork in our range is created using art tools, including generative AI, and edited by us. It consists of artistic interpretations — not photographs, not historical documentation and not archive material.

This is stated on every individual product page before purchase. See our page About AI in our artwork.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You can contact us at any time at noorbayt@growgineer.com about your data.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy, write to us first at noorbayt@growgineer.com. We resolve the vast majority of cases ourselves, faster than any complaints body can.

If that does not lead to a solution, you can complain to the Danish public consumer complaints system:

The Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager)
Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark
www.forbrug.dk/klag

If the case is not resolved through mediation, it can be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

Please note that monetary thresholds apply: as a general rule the item must have cost at least DKK 1,110 to complain to the Mediation Team, and at least DKK 1,220 to complain to the Consumer Complaints Board (2026 rates). In practice this means most of our orders fall below the threshold. That is why we take our own customer service seriously — it is, in reality, your route of complaint. We handle every enquiry, whatever the amount.

If you live in another EU country, you can find your national complaints body through your country's consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre (www.forbrugereuropa.dk).

12. Liability

We are liable under the general rules of Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages, including loss of business and loss of data, to the extent Danish law permits such a limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruption, strikes, natural disasters and acts of public authorities.

13. Copyright

All content on noorbayt.com — artwork, layout, texts, photographs and trademarks — belongs to Limitless Card ApS or our partners.

You are buying a poster for private use. The purchase does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, rent out or use the artwork commercially, including printing it on other products.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order are always the ones that apply to your purchase. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Purchases are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. As a consumer, you may always bring proceedings in your own place of jurisdiction and rely on the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence within the EU.
