Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This is an English translation of our Danish cookie policy. The Danish version is the legally binding one — if the two differ, the Danish text applies.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It makes it possible to recognise your browser — for example so that your basket is still there when you click through to the next page.

We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. In this policy we call all of it "cookies".

2. Your consent

We only set necessary cookies before you have made a choice. All others — statistics and marketing — require your consent, and are not set until you have given it.

You give consent in the cookie banner the first time you visit the site.

You can always change or withdraw your consent by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. Saying no is just as easy as saying yes.

Consent is obtained in accordance with the Danish Cookie Order (cookiebekendtgørelsen) and the General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Which cookies do we use?

3.1 Necessary — no consent required

Without these the shop does not work. They remember your basket, keep your session alive, protect checkout against abuse and store your cookie choice.

Examples Purpose Lifetime
cart, cart_ts, cart_sig Remembers the contents of your basket Up to 2 weeks
_secure_session_id, secure_customer_sig Secure session and login Session to 1 year
checkout_token Completes your order Up to 3 weeks
_tracking_consent, _cmp_a Remembers your cookie choice Up to 1 year
localization Remembers country and language 1 year

Set by: Shopify (our e-commerce platform).

3.2 Statistics — consent required

Used to understand which pages are visited, and where people drop off. We use it to make the shop better, not to recognise you personally.

Examples Purpose Lifetime
_shopify_y, _y Distinguishes visitors in the statistics Up to 1 year
_shopify_s, _s Measures the individual visit 30 minutes
_shopify_sa_t, _shopify_sa_p Traffic source and marketing analysis 30 minutes

Set by: Shopify.

3.3 Marketing — consent required

Used to show relevant ads and to measure whether they work.

We use no marketing cookies today. If we add them — for example the Meta Pixel in connection with advertising on Instagram — this policy will be updated, and they will not become active until you have given consent to that category.

4. How to delete or block cookies

You can always delete cookies in your browser. Instructions are found under your browser's privacy and security settings.

Please note that the shop does not work correctly without the necessary cookies — your basket will empty itself, for example.

5. Personal data

Some cookies process personal data, including your IP address. How we process it, who we share it with, and what rights you have is set out in our Privacy Policy.
